Pest Control
Once a year, the Annual Pest Control Treatment is performed to service the interior and exterior perimeter of the building. The interior service includes areas that are in support of building operations, otherwise known as common areas (i.e. stairwell landings, elevators, restrooms, janitorial closets, vending machine areas, fire command room, mechanical rooms, telephone rooms, electrical rooms, water heater closets, etc.) The vendor will follow up that service with Quarterly Quality Control Inspections to ensure the service provided during the Annual Pest Control Treatment is still intact. If not, the vendor will address the issue at the time of discovery. The bait placement can last up to 1 year, because they do not utilize and spray pesticides that go airborne!
The exterior perimeter is serviced on a semi-annual schedule. If rain is in the forecast, they reschedule the exterior perimeter treatment. The products used at the exterior perimeter has a lasting residual of 6 months, which warrants the semi-annual treatment.
All tenant suites are serviced on an “as-needed” basis and by Invitation only. The tenant service request will be scheduled after the vendor has walked your area to determine the product needed, provided the tenant with a proposal, and the tenant has signed the Tenant Authorization to be billed back for the service.
