Deliveries

In no event shall any delivery to or from any Building unreasonably obstruct any fire lane, sidewalk, doorway or other area intended for pedestrian traffic. The Owner or Occupant for whose benefit a delivery is made shall be responsible for all claims arising from any damage to any portion of the premises/building and any injuries sustained by any person resulting from the delivery or moving of any articles by or for such Owner or Occupant. 

The Owner or Occupant shall also be responsible for the proper disposal of, and/or hauling off of any packing or shipping materials associated with their delivery.  This includes boxes, crates, pallets, etc.
