Alterations

Tenants must receive Landlord written approval before making any additions, improvements and replacements to the premises. Prior to commencement, the Tenant will be required to furnish Transwestern Management with drawings, plans and specifications outlining the proposed improvements. The proper insurance must be on file before any contractor begins work. Transwestern will review the plans and submit any changes and or approval to the tenant. Local building codes require each plan to be submitted to the City for approval and permitting.
